We created a short, high-energy recap video for the Lewis Honors College at the University of Kentucky, celebrating their 2025 May Medal Ceremony. Our goal was to take a formal event and turn it into a tight, polished 30 second video that felt warm, personal, and inviting.

We focused on capturing candid moments—students receiving their medals, proud families, laughter between friends—and paired that footage with a dynamic edit style made for social. Clean titles, uplifting music, and smooth pacing helped turn a traditional ceremony into something that felt modern and shareable.

Project Results

The final 30 second cut gave the Lewis Honors College a high-quality piece of content they could use across multiple channels. Designed for social platforms, the video was delivered in various formats and aspect ratios, making it easy to publish natively to Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and internal platforms without additional editing. The pace, tone, and aesthetic aligned with the college’s brand while offering something more modern and emotionally engaging than a typical event recap.

The video saw strong engagement within the first 48 hours—earning over twelve times more likes, shares, and comments than similar graduation posts from previous years. It was shared by faculty, parents, and students alike, extending its reach far beyond the college’s main audience. More importantly, it gave the college a reusable asset that captured the spirit of the event in a clean, professional way they were proud to put forward.
