Nope. We work with a mix of full-time, part-time, and freelance creatives. Some roles are long-term retainer contracts. Others are project-based. If you’re sharp, reliable, and passionate about storytelling, we want to hear from you.

Not at all. While we love having local crew for shoots, most of our roles, especially post-production and creative strategy, are remote-friendly. We've worked with talent from LA to New York to Europe.
