We’re looking for a visionary AI Creative Director to lead the future of AI-powered video production and creative workflows at StoryVid. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and storytelling.
Your work will shape how we produce content, create new services, and scale our offerings to meet the growing demand for AI-driven solutions. From designing hybrid human-AI workflows to building fully AI-first service packages, you will play a key role in helping our company stay ahead of the curve and deliver outstanding creative work at scale.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the integration of AI tools into our creative production and post-production workflows, building efficient systems for internal and client-facing use.
- Design and launch new AI-powered creative services that offer fast, cost-effective options for our clients.
- Serve as the internal expert on AI-driven creative tools (Sora, Topaz, Runway, and more), advising teams on practical and scalable applications.
- Collaborate with editors, motion designers, production coordinators, and project managers to align AI capabilities with production needs.
- Guide the buildout of our internal AI creative team, developing roles, processes, and best practices.
- Partner with external AI tool providers and internal leadership to ensure consistent adoption and innovation.
- Rethink and reimagine how AI can enhance the full production cycle—from pre-production to final delivery—driving speed and creativity.
- Lead education efforts to upskill our team, creating clear SOPs and training materials for emerging tools.
- Manage AI-focused projects and initiatives, ensuring quality, speed, and on-time delivery.
- Continuously monitor AI performance and output, improving workflows based on results and new advancements.
- Support the sales and client success teams by showcasing our AI capabilities to prospects and clients.
What You'll Need To Succeed:
- 8+ years of experience in video production, post-production, or creative technology leadership.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools used in video creation, motion graphics, editing, and automation.
- Proven success implementing AI-driven creative processes within production teams.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical creative and client teams.
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to turn experimental tools into scalable solutions.
- Passion for staying ahead of AI trends and applying them to real-world creative challenges.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive leadership style with a bias for action.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on delivery and quality.
- Experience in remote team environments and building distributed creative teams.
