As our Director of Client Partnerships, you’ll be the front line of how new clients enter our world. You’ll lead all outbound and inbound client acquisition efforts, guiding potential partners from first contact to signed contract. From researching ideal clients to initiating warm conversations, you’ll own the process of bringing the right people into the StoryVid ecosystem.
This role combines sales strategy, outreach systems, and relationship-building. You’ll work closely with our Founder and Marketing Director to align messaging, positioning, and campaign strategy—then execute using email, LinkedIn, referrals, and other lead channels. Once a prospect expresses interest, you’ll guide them through the process and hand off to our internal team once they’re ready for kickoff.
You’ll be building scalable systems for client acquisition, while also making each prospect feel personally guided and understood. Performance in this role directly drives revenue growth and will unlock leadership opportunities as we scale.
What You’ll Lead:
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to identify and engage ideal client profiles (ICPs)
- Research companies, industries, and marketing trends to identify new partnership opportunities
- Write and send warm outreach emails and messages across LinkedIn and other platforms
- Manage and improve email and CRM workflows (we use GoHighLevel)
- Book and lead discovery calls, guiding prospects through StoryVid’s services and philosophy
- Collaborate with leadership to shape offers, packages, and proposals
- Help refine our client qualification process to ensure alignment
- Track KPIs like reply rates, booked calls, conversion rate, and campaign ROI
- Build a scalable outreach system we can grow into a full acquisition team later
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years in a business development, partnerships, or client acquisition role (agency experience is a plus)
- Experience with cold and warm outreach, especially email and LinkedIn
- Strong research skills and understanding of B2B buyer psychology
- Familiarity with CRMs and marketing automation tools (GoHighLevel or similar)
- Comfortable leading sales conversations with small business owners or marketing teams
- Strategic thinker with an eye for long-term relationships—not just quick wins
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you’re building something, not just executing
