Position Summary
The Production Assistant supports producers, directors, and crew across all phases of production. You’ll help manage logistics, support shoot days, assist with prep, and keep projects moving smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is fast-paced and detail-oriented, offering direct exposure to real commercial productions.
Responsibilities
- Support producers and crew during pre-production and shoot days
- Assist with equipment handling and logistics
- Help manage call sheets, schedules, and set organization
- Support post-production coordination and asset management
- Be available on shoot days as needed

- Shoot days run smoothly and stay organized
- Crew is supported efficiently and professionally
- Tasks are completed reliably and on time
