Marketing Director

The Marketing Director is responsible for leading the company’s entire marketing function, driving brand growth, demand generation, and market positioning. This role will build and manage the marketing department, oversee strategy and execution across all channels, and ensure marketing efforts directly contribute to company revenue goals.

The CMO will work closely with company leadership to define growth objectives, build our market presence, and create a marketing ecosystem that consistently delivers high-quality leads and supports long-term brand positioning. This role will manage and mentor the Marketing Director, Paid Ads Specialist, Social Media Manager, Copywriter, and future marketing hires, while owning high-level strategy and marketing performance outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to drive growth, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Build and lead the internal marketing team and external contractors.
  • Oversee marketing channels including paid ads, content marketing, SEO, email campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing goals with revenue targets.
  • Manage the marketing budget, allocate spend effectively, and maximize ROI across campaigns.
  • Define and track marketing KPIs, providing regular performance insights to company leadership.
  • Lead creative direction and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, including partnerships, new markets, and innovative campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor strategies to position the company for continued growth.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally within an agency or creative services environment.
  • Proven success in building and scaling marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, demand generation, and brand development.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and marketing budgets.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • Experience managing remote teams is a plus.
